Chamsori Museum
 

Chamsori(meaning true sound) Museum consists of two separate museum. One is Chamsori Phonograph Museum focusing on the sound and the other is Edison Science Museum focusing on the inventions of Edison. The museum is the world's largest in the scale of collection. There are four separate exhibition halls, a music appreciation room, and an observation platform where you can overlook the magnificent beauty of the Gyeong-po lake. The museum opens until late at night on weekends and summer holidays. Guides and interpreters will serve you kindly.

 
   
Daegwallyeong Museum
 

The Daegwallyeong Museum is located at the entrance of ninety-nine-curve old Daegwallyeong road. The museum possesses over 2,000 exhibits and displays them in six exhibition halls and outdoor space. From the relics of prehistoric age to those of modern times, stone Buddhist images, earthenware, pottery, craftwork, calligraphic works are exhibited.

 
   
Public Relations Office for the Prevention of Forest fire
 

It is the only public relations office in the country, in relation to the prevention of forest fire. It is located in Deoksil-ri Sacheoun-myeon where forest fires occurred frequently. It is established to inform people of the seriousness of damage from the forest fire and the importance of preventing it. The office has the halls relating to forest ecology, fire prevention education, forest restoration and a video room.
